This complete illuminated beacon is engineered as a lighting accessory specifically for tower lights. With an integral flash discharge tube, it emits a strobe light that effectively indicates machine status. Its application is suitable across various industries, including automotive, machine tools, material handling, packaging, assembly stations, and conveyors.
Designed to withstand harsh operational conditions, the beacon is rated IP65 for dust and water resistance and can endure vibrations. The ambient air temperature range for storage is between -40 to 70 °C, making it versatile for extreme environments. The device also complies with multiple safety standards, including IEC 60947-5-1, ensuring reliable performance.
With a flash energy of 10 joules and a flashing frequency of 1 Hz, the beacon requires a current consumption of less than 1300 mA AC and less than 850 mA DC. The overall dimensions are 232 mm in height and a mounting diameter of 70 mm. The product is constructed from glass reinforced polyamide for the base unit and polycarbonate for the illuminated unit, enhancing its durability.
