The Selector Switch Head ZB4BD401 is part of the Harmony XB4 range, designed for seamless integration into compatible selector switch units. This model incorporates a standard handle that enables a two-position operation with a right to left spring return mechanism, providing a straightforward interface for machine control.
Constructed with a chromium plated metal bezel, this switch head offers enhanced durability, making it suitable for high-impact environments. It is rated with an IP69K protection class, ensuring resistance to dust, water, and high-pressure washdowns, as well as vibration up to 5 gn, meeting IEC 60068-2-6 standards. With a temperature operating range of -40°C to 70°C, it is versatile for various applications.
The switch head fits into a standard 22mm cutout, allowing for easy installation in existing machinery setups. Its mechanical durability is rated for up to 1,000,000 cycles, emphasizing reliability in operational longevity.
