The Schunk EZN 100 Universal Gripper is a robust and flexible servo-electric 3-finger centric gripper designed for high gripping force and maximum moment handling. Its advanced wedge-hook kinematics and multi-tooth guidance ensure precise and reliable operation, even with long gripper fingers. This gripper is ideal for a wide range of applications, offering controllable gripping force, position, and speed for optimal performance.

The EZN 100 features a drive design with a brushless DC servomotor and spindle drive, allowing for flexible use and easy integration into existing servo-controlled systems via PROFINET. The pre-positioning capability reduces cycle times through a short working stroke, enhancing efficiency in your operations.

Constructed with a weight-optimized aluminum alloy housing and steel base jaws, the EZN 100 is built to withstand demanding industrial environments. The gripper is actuated servo-electrically, providing precise control and repeat accuracy of ±0.01 mm. The universal and flexible assembly is facilitated by fastening options on one gripper side in two screw directions.

With a recommended workpiece weight of up to 4 kg and a maximum permissible finger length of 125 mm, the EZN 100 is suitable for various gripping tasks.
