The Sick Flexi Soft FX3-CPU000000 Safety Controller is a versatile and high-performance main module designed for flexible and efficient safety applications. Configurable via the Flexi Soft Designer or Safe EFI-pro System: Safety Designer software, this controller ensures optimal safety integration and management. The system plug must be ordered separately to complete the setup.
Features: The FX3-CPU000000 supports a wide range of safety-related parameters, including SIL 3 (IEC 61508), Category 4 (EN ISO 13849), and PL e (EN ISO 13849). It boasts a mean probability of a dangerous failure per hour (PFHD) of 1.07 x 10-9 and a mission time (TM) of 20 years.
Interfaces: The controller features a system plug connection, plug-in spring terminals, and an RS-232 configuration and diagnostics interface (M8 female connector, 4-pin).
