The SIMOTICS S synchronous motor is a robust and efficient solution with a torque of 50Nm (100K) at a speed of 2000rpm. It boasts a power rating of 7.96kW and a naturally cooled frame size IMB 5, which offers more compact dimensions than previous models.
The motor is equipped with a rotatable power connector and an incremental encoder with 2048 S/R resolution, featuring the Drive-CLIQ interface for seamless integration. The plain shaft design, without a holding brake, ensures smooth operation while maintaining precision.
This motor meets high standards of tolerance and vibration severity grade A, providing a degree of protection IP 64. Its compact and efficient design makes it an ideal choice for applications requiring precise control and reliable performance.
