This module features electronic overload protection utilizing THERMOCLICK / PTC thermistors and includes a brake contact rated for 180 V DC.

Equipped with four digital inputs and two digital outputs, it supports communication via PROFIBUS and PROFINET, enhancing its versatility in industrial applications. The device allows for manual on-site operation and includes a key-operated switch. Its depth measures 148 mm, width is 294 mm, and height is 215 mm, with an IP65 protection rating and NEMA 12 classification, ensuring its suitability for various environments.

Notably, the M200D incorporates features such as temperature compensated overload protection and short-circuit release, contributing to operational safety. Its design does not support rail mounting but allows for an external reset, facilitating ease of use. The ambient temperature operational limit is set at 40 °C.
