The SIPLUS NET CP343-1 is a robust communications processor designed to connect SIMATIC S7-300 to industrial Ethernet networks. It supports both ISO and TCP/IP protocols, making it compatible with PROFINET IO controllers or devices. This 2-port switch also features ERTEC 200 S7 communication capabilities for fetching and writing data, as well as sending and receiving with or without RFC1006 support. It supports multicast DHCP and NTC-CPU synchronization, ensuring seamless operation.

The CP343-1 is equipped with a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and comes with conformal coating for enhanced durability. It also offers diagnostic capabilities and can be initialized via LAN connections. The device features two RJ45 connectors for LAN communication at speeds up to 10/100 Mbit/s.
