The SCALANCE W748-1 RJ45 is a wireless client designed for use outside of the USA. It features one radio and three R-SMA antenna connectors, supporting IEEE 802.11a/b/g/h/n in both 2.4 and 5GHz bands. The device offers a gross data rate of up to 450 Mbps per radio, with a maximum of 1 Gbps via the RJ45 port. It is equipped with Power over Ethernet (PoE) and a redundant 24V DC power supply. The SCALANCE W748-1 RJ45 also includes iFeatures support via KEY-PLUG, and features an IP30 rating, making it suitable for outdoor use in temperatures ranging from -20 to +60°C. It supports WPA2/802.11i/e security protocols and comes with a signaling contact for easy installation. Please note that national approvals are required. The scope of supply includes manuals on CD-ROM in German and English, as well as two terminal blocks. This product has been announced for discontinuation.
