The SIMATIC NET CP 343-1 LEAN Communication Processor is a versatile tool designed for seamless integration of the SIMATIC S7-300 with industrial Ethernet networks. It supports communication via TCP/IP and UDP, Multicast, and offers both send/receive capabilities with and without RFC1006. This processor also facilitates Fetch/Write operations and serves as a PROFINET IO device integrated 2-port switch ERTEC 200.
In addition to its communication functions, the CP 343-1 LEAN supports S7 communication (server) and offers module replacement without PG. It also features SNMP diagnostics for efficient troubleshooting. The initialization process is straightforward via LAN, and it comes with 2x RJ45 connections for LAN with speeds of 10/100 Mbit/s.
