The SINAMICS Power Module PM240-2, unfiltered and equipped with an integrated braking chopper, is designed for 200-240V AC power supply at a frequency of 47-63Hz. This module offers high overload capabilities: it can handle up to 5.5kW at 200% load for 3 seconds, 150% load for 57 seconds, and 100% load for 240 seconds. The ambient temperature range is between -10°C and +50°C. For lower overload situations, the module can handle up to 7.5kW at 150% load for 3 seconds, 110% load for 57 seconds, and 100% load for 240 seconds with an ambient temperature range of -10°C to +40°C. The module has dimensions of 411mm x 200mm x 171mm (HxWxD) and offers a degree of protection IP20-PT without the Control Unit and operating unit. It is released with CU firmware version V4.6.
