The SMC AS2002F-06A Speed Controller is an advanced in-line type controller designed for precise flow rate adjustments in pneumatic systems. Featuring a convenient push-lock mechanism, this speed controller simplifies installation and reduces labor time. The knob diameter has been almost doubled, allowing for improved reproducibility of flow rate settings and easier adjustments. The lightweight design, with a weight reduction of approximately 27%, ensures minimal impact on your system's overall weight.
This model is equipped with a one-touch fitting for quick and secure tubing connections, making it ideal for applications requiring frequent adjustments or maintenance. The electroless nickel plating type is standardized, providing enhanced durability and resistance to corrosion. The AS2002F-06A is compatible with various tubing materials, including nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, FEP, and PFA, and supports a tubing outer diameter of 6 mm.
With multiple mounting options such as direct, L-bracket, DIN rail, and holder mounting, this speed controller offers versatile installation possibilities. The stable knob position when fully closed ensures minimal flow rate variations, and the easy-to-turn large knob allows for fine adjustments.
