The SMC ASP Series Speed Controller with Pilot Check Valve is designed to offer precise control over the speed and intermediate stopping of pneumatic cylinders. By integrating a pilot check valve with a speed controller, this unit ensures momentary intermediate stoppage and adjustable speed control, enhancing the performance and reliability of your pneumatic systems.

This model, ASP430F-02-06S, features a one-touch fitting for easy installation and maintenance. The tubing mount direction is 360° free, providing flexibility in various applications. The electroless nickel plating on brass parts ensures durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

The ASP Series is compliant with RoHS standards, ensuring it meets environmental and safety regulations. The pilot check valve operates at pressures over 0.1 MPa, with a maximum operating pressure of 1 MPa and a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa. It is compatible with various tubing materials, including nylon, soft nylon, and polyurethane, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -5 to 60°C.

This speed controller is ideal for applications requiring precise control of pneumatic cylinder speed and intermediate stopping, such as in automated manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and material handling systems.
