The CEP1 High Precision Stroke Reading Cylinder from SMC is designed for applications requiring precise stroke measurement. This cylinder features a resolution of 0.01 mm with an accuracy of ±0.02 mm, ensuring highly accurate readings. The non-rotating piston type and movable scale cylinder provide reliable performance in various industrial environments.
Equipped with a special scraper as standard, the CEP1 series offers IP67 protection, making it suitable for use in environments exposed to fluids such as water, oil, and coolant. The cylinder's power supply voltage ranges from 12 to 24 VDC, and it includes an RS-232C output function for seamless integration with other systems.
The CEP1 series also features an auto switch mounting orientation that can be freely selected from three mounting surfaces, providing flexibility in installation. With abundant stroke variations and improved noise resistance, this cylinder is ideal for applications such as die assembly deceleration point detection, length/breadth discrimination, machined hole inspection, and nozzle height adjustment.
