The SMC D-MP025C Actuator Position Sensor is designed to provide precise actuator stroke position detection with an analog signal. This sensor is directly slotted into the actuator groove, ensuring seamless integration and reliable performance. With a repeatability of 0.1 mm, it offers high accuracy for various industrial applications. The sensor supports four measurement ranges and features a flexible switch output, making it versatile for different setups. Additionally, it is IO-Link compatible, allowing for easy communication and integration with other devices.
The D-MP025C model has a measuring range of 25 mm and utilizes an M12-4 pin, 0.3 m lead wire connection. It is suitable for use with a variety of cylinders, including MB, CQ2, MGP, CXSJ, CP96, C96, and C55. The sensor provides both voltage output (0 to 10 V) and current output (4 to 20 mA), with the option to reverse the analog output. Settings can be easily adjusted using the touch pad interface.
This actuator position sensor operates within a voltage range of 15 to 30 V and can withstand temperatures from -10°C to 60°C, making it suitable for diverse environments. The compact design and robust construction ensure durability and long-term reliability.
