The SMC D-P3DWASE is an advanced electronic position sensor designed for use with pneumatic actuators and grippers. This sensor offers a variety of automatic switching options, including general-purpose semiconductor switches and dual-color indication switches that help determine the optimal operating position based on light color. Additionally, the semiconductor switches are available with diagnostic output, waterproof dual-color indication, built-in timer (200 ms), magnetic field resistance, heat resistance, and wide-range detection configurations.

The sensor features a pre-wired connector for easy electrical entry and is compatible with a wide range of actuator series, including MDB, CDA2, CDQS, CDQ2, MDU, MGP-Z, MGP, MGPW, MDWB, MDNB, CDNA2, CDLQ, MLGP, CDQSY, MBY, CDA2Y, CDQ2Y, CDS2Y, CDQSX, CDQ2X, MK, CKQG, CLKQG, CKG1, CLK2G, RSDQ, RS2H, and C96N. The sensor supports a 24V DC relay/PLC application load and operates with a load current of 6 to 40mA.
