Product Description
The SMC MGPL63TF-100AZ Compact Guide Cylinder is an advanced version of the MGP series, designed to offer enhanced performance and functionality. This cylinder is up to 17% lighter and features shorter guide rods, saving space without compromising on the robustness and quality of the original series. A key feature is the ability to mount round auto switches directly onto the cylinder, eliminating the need for mounting brackets and reducing labor costs. The use of a two-color SMC D-M9*W auto switch helps to mitigate the common issue of misaligned switches.
The MGP-Z series offers multiple standard options, including three types of bearings, four mounting versions, and dual-direction piping. It is available in copper and fluorine-free versions, making it suitable for various industries such as general automation and automotive. Applications include smooth pushers and lifters, side load handling, acting as a stopper in case of shock, or minimizing plate displacement.
