SMC MGPL80N-250-RL
Standard Guided Cylinder with End Lock, Ball Bushing Bearing
Product Description
The Standard Guided Cylinder with End Lock, model MGPL-H/R, is a compact actuator designed to provide precise and stable movement. It features an internal guide shaft that isolates the load bearing from the movement of the actuator's rod and seals. The end lock can be specified for either the head end (H) or rod end (R) of the stroke, ensuring versatility in application.
The brake spring, end lock mechanism engages when air pressure is lost, preventing drops in applications that require drop prevention. This feature can be released by reintroducing air pressure or via a manual release bolt, providing flexibility in operation.
Ball Bushing Bearing: The high precision ball bushing allows for smooth and stable travel resistance, making it suitable for pushing and lifting applications. It ensures the actuator operates smoothly and efficiently, enhancing its overall performance.
