SMC MHZ2-20D

The SMC MHZ2 Series Parallel Gripper is a standard pneumatic gripper designed to replace the MHQ(G)2 series. Featuring a robust linear guide, it ensures high rigidity and precision, making it suitable for applications requiring higher pressure and greater holding points. The MHZ2 series offers improved mounting accuracy and repeatability, achieving a high degree of precision in assembly processes.

This gripper is available in bore sizes ranging from 6 mm to 40 mm and supports both double acting and single acting operations. It is also auto switch capable, enhancing its versatility in automated systems. The improved rigidity of the guide rail and the option for various finger positions make it adaptable to diverse industrial needs.

The MHZ2 Series can be mounted in five different ways from three directions, including axial, lateral, and vertical mounting, using tapped holes or through-holes. This flexibility, combined with its compact design and high repeatability of ±0.01 mm, makes it an ideal choice for precise and reliable gripping tasks in automation and manufacturing environments.
