MXP High Precision Slide Table with Recirculating Bearings
Product Description
The MXP high precision slide tables are renowned for their travelling parallelism of 0.004 mm across all bore sizes, ensuring exceptional accuracy. For bore sizes of 6, 8, and 10mm, the non-rotating accuracy is +/-0.03, while for 12 and 16mm bore sizes, it's +/-0.04. The actuator body and guide block are crafted from Martensitic stainless steel for optimal rigidity.
The slide tables are integrated with the guide rails to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the piston rod and seals, enhancing overall performance. This design feature ensures that the table maintains its precision even under heavy loads.
