The MXS is a precision slide table that integrates guides and rails with cross roller bearings to isolate the load bearing from the movement of dual rods and piston seals. This innovative design ensures smooth operation and minimizes friction, enhancing overall performance.
Rubber bumpers or shock absorbers are included to stop the slide table, providing a safe and reliable stopping mechanism. The stroke adjuster allows for precise positioning in ranges of 0-5 mm, 0-15 mm, and 0-25 mm, catering to various application requirements.
The end lock option is available to prevent the slide table from dropping in vertical applications, enhancing safety in the event of air pressure loss. This feature ensures secure operation even under challenging conditions.
