The SMC VQC2000 5 Port Solenoid Valve is designed for high performance and reliability in various industrial applications. This base-mounted, plug-in unit features a space-saving design with all solenoids and fittings positioned on one side, allowing for flexible and easy mounting. The valve is IP67 compliant, ensuring it is dust-tight and immersion-proof, making it suitable for harsh environments.

With a variety of common wiring methods and a multi-pin connector manifold, the VQC2000 series offers flexible adaptation, allowing for added stations and changed specifications. The valve's no-screws, one-clamp structure reduces recombination labor, enhancing efficiency and ease of maintenance.

The VQC2000 series supports multiple fieldbus protocols, including DeviceNet®, PROFIBUS DP, CC-Link, EtherNet/IP™, EtherCAT, and PROFINET, making it compatible with modern industrial communication systems. It also features a self-diagnosis function, enabling maintenance period assessment and identification of parts requiring maintenance through input/output signal monitoring and parameter setting with a handheld terminal.

Additionally, the valve is power-saving, with a standard consumption of 0.4 W, reduced by 60% compared to previous models. For high-pressure applications, the metal seal version consumes 0.95 W.
