The SMC VQC1000/2000 Manifold Block Assembly VVQC1000-1A-D-C6 is designed for efficient and flexible adaptation in various industrial automation applications. This manifold block assembly features a space-saving design with all solenoids and fittings positioned on one side, allowing for free mounting and easy installation. The use of a multi-pin connector manifold enables the addition of stations and changes in specifications without extensive rewiring, significantly reducing labor costs.
With an IP67 compliant enclosure, this manifold block assembly is protected against dust and moisture, making it suitable for harsh environments. The assembly includes a 4-position, dual 3-port valve and supports a variety of common wiring methods. The innovative design eliminates the need for screws, utilizing a one-clamp structure for quick and easy recombination.
The VQC series offers outstanding response times and long life, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications. It is compatible with various Fieldbus protocols, including DeviceNet®, PROFIBUS DP, CC-Link, EtherNet/IP™, EtherCAT, and PROFINET, and supports serial transmission systems like EX600. The self-diagnosis function allows for maintenance period monitoring and identification of parts requiring maintenance, enhancing overall system reliability.
