Product Description
This vinyl-insulated ring terminal is tailored for wire sizes ranging from #12 to #10 AWG, with a maximum insulation thickness of .210 inches. The terminal measures 1.06 inches in length and .31 inches in width, and is constructed from copper with an electro tin-plated finish for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance.
With a temperature rating of 105°C and a voltage rating of 600V, this terminal meets rigorous electrical standards, including flammability ratings of UL 94 V-0. The Designation Code provides additional identification for precise applications. Recommended tooling for installation includes the ERG4001, among others, ensuring compatibility with various crimping tools.
Each mini-pack contains 20 terminals, suitable for bulk applications, with outer packaging consisting of 100 units. This product is RoHS compliant, adhering to environmental standards.
