The THK SHS25 Series Linear Guide Rail is designed for high-precision applications requiring long-term maintenance-free operation. The LM rail is tapped from the bottom, providing increased contamination protection and ease of mounting from the base. The guide rail features four rows of precision-ground raceways on both the LM rail and LM block, allowing for smooth ball circulation facilitated by ball cages and endplates within the LM block.

Each row of balls is positioned at a 45° contact angle, ensuring uniform load distribution in radial, reverse radial, and lateral directions. This design enables the THK SHS25 Series to be used in all orientations, making it versatile for different applications.
