The 2 or 4-Way Mounting Base is constructed from natural Nylon 6.6, offering a flame retardant property with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. This mounting base is designed to be used with cable ties up to a tensile strength of 120 lbs. It accepts a maximum tie width of .301 inches and features a stud size compatible with #8 screws.
With dimensions of 1.125 inches in both length and width, this mounting solution is suitable for various applications, operating effectively within a temperature range of -40°F to 185°F. The mounting method utilizes epoxy glue (TC2PA) combined with screws for secure installation.
