The RRD3232C0 relay is equipped with three changeover contacts (CO) made from AgNi 90/10, providing a mechanical service life of up to 20 million switching cycles. It operates at a rated control voltage of 220 V DC with a continuous current rating of 10 A, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
This relay features a plug-in connection method for ease of installation, and includes a lockable test button for functionality verification. The device has an input rated current of 5.5 mA, a power rating of 1.2 W, and operates effectively with a pull-in voltage of approximately 165 V and a drop-out voltage of about 22 V DC. The coil resistance is measured at 40,000 Ω ± 15%, with a status indicator provided by a red LED. A free-wheeling diode is included for protective circuitry.
With a maximum switching voltage of 400 V AC and an AC switching capacity of 2500 VA, the relay also supports a DC switching capacity of 240 W at 24 V. The device ensures quick response times, with a switch-on delay of ≤ 15 ms and a switch-off delay of ≤ 30 ms. It can handle a minimum switching power of 1 mA at 24 V, increasing to 100 mA at 5 V.
In terms of environmental resilience, the RRD3232C0 can operate within a temperature range of -40 °C to 60 °C and withstand humidity levels of up to 93% without condensation. It is rated for a pollution severity of 2 and offers IP20 protection degree, fulfilling IEC 61810-1 and UL508 standards.
