The Sigma-7 SGM7G AC Servo Motor is engineered for demanding industrial applications, offering a rated output of 3.7 kW and a rated torque of 23.5 N·m, which ensures precise motion control during continuous operation. This motor achieves a rated speed of 1500 min⁻1, with a maximum speed reaching up to 4400 min⁻1, providing versatility across various operational scenarios.

With an IP67 rating (excluding the shaft opening), the SGM7G is designed to endure harsh environmental conditions, ensuring durability and longevity. It employs an encoder of type JUTHAT-B20RT for accurate feedback and control. The inclusion of an oil seal (TC45629-FKM) further protects against contamination, maintaining optimal performance levels.

The servo motor is equipped with a holding brake that features a static friction torque of ≥ 43.1 N·m and an emergency braking torque of ≤ 65 N·m, functioning at a brake voltage of 24 V DC with a brake capacity of 18.5 W.
