Product Description
The MOTOWELD-RL350 is an arc-welding system specifically engineered for high precision in welding applications. It incorporates HAWC (Heat And Waveform Control) technology, which optimizes heat input and waveform parameters to achieve superior weld quality. This system is compatible with a variety of Yaskawa robots, including the MOTOMAN VA1400, MA1400, MA1900, MH6, and HP20D, thereby providing versatility for automated welding tasks.
Designed to support multiple welding processes such as CO2, MAG, and MIG, the MOTOWELD-RL350 operates efficiently at input voltages of AC200-220V ±10% and AC380-400V ±10% with a frequency of 50/60Hz. It delivers a welding current range of 30-350A and a voltage range of 12-36V, accommodating various welding needs.
Advanced features like V-Pulse and d-Vector control enhance arc stability while minimizing spatter. The system's user-friendly interface, coupled with integration into the DX100 controller, facilitates smooth operation and programming, making it suitable for users of all experience levels.
