The 2.8Mm Tab Hsg.,39Pos.,Assy is part of the LEAVYSEAL housing series, offering environmentally sealed connections suitable for various applications. These housings support an operational temperature range from -40 to 120 °C (-40 to 248 °F) and are rated to IP67 and IP69K for protection against dust and water ingress.With a configuration of 39 positions arranged in three rows, this product utilizes a polarized design for secure mating. The 2.8 mm mating tab width allows for compatibility with AMP MCP contacts, enabling a current carrying capacity of up to 40 amps. The body is constructed from PBT GF material, ensuring durability in demanding conditions.The connector features a 90° cable exit angle and integrates strain relief for improved cable management. It is designed to operate at nominal voltages of 12 V and 24 V, with a maximum operating voltage of 36 VDC. The housing is primarily intended for male terminals in a wire-to-wire configuration, supporting various circuit applications.

The Type III loose piece pin and socket contacts are precision formed and come in size 16. These contacts are engineered to deliver a high normal force, ensuring low resistance during operation. The closed-ended mating entry effectively prevents damage from stubbing due to misalignment.These contacts are suitable for various connector types including CPC, G Series, and M Series connectors, and accept wire insulation diameters ranging from 2.03 to 2.54 mm (0.08 to 0.1 in). The round contact shape is made of brass, with a gold plating in the mating area and a matte tin-over-nickel finish in the termination area, featuring a plating thickness of 30 µin.Designed for signal circuit applications, these contacts accommodate wire sizes from 18 to 16 AWG (0.8 to 1.4 mm²) and utilize a crimp termination type. The product is packaged in cartons with a loose piece method, containing a total of 1000 contacts.
