Uno de los objetivos de Dis-Electric, en el mercado desde 1982, ha sido siempre el de poder ofrecer soporte a la industria de Cataluña en cuanto a automatización y, por consiguiente, mejorar su competitividad a través de los procesos. En los últimos años, el avance de la Industria 4.0, y su consecuente democratización, ha conseguido poner a nuestro alcance un nivel de datos hasta ahora impensable. Los procesos productivos están cambiando y la industria cuenta con nuevas necesidades en cuanto al soporte y la elección de los productos a instalar en sus procesos productivos. De esta necesidad surge la nueva división de Dis-Electric, Artec: “Nuestros clientes necesitan ahora tener un consultor que sea capaz de asesorarles, identificar necesidades y, de la mano de nuestros proveedores-partners, poder darles una solución tailor-made. Desde el principio, esta división que funciona dentro de la estructura Dis-Electric, ofrece soluciones en los ámbitos de Automation (automatización) y Robotics (robótica)”, han explicado desde la compañía. “Los clientes a los que dirigimos con esta propuesta son los usuarios finales industriales, fabricantes de maquinaria, integradores y cuadristas de control que quieren y/o necesitan mejorar sus máquinas y adaptarlas a este entorno tan cambiante”, añaden. Gracias a esta nueva división, Dis-Electric acompaña a sus clientes en toda la fase de la implementación de esta nueva tecnología con un perfil de consultoría: desde la primera idea de qué productos implementar, con qué configuración, pasando por ofrecerles soporte en cuanto programación y puesta en marcha de dichos materiales, formaciones técnicas y postventa.
