Established in 1992, and now trading for over 25 years, Burley Hydraulics (Cambridgeshire) Limited was originally set up to offer local industries a repair service on hydraulic hose assemblies and associated products from our trade counter based in St. Ives. Since then we have grown to meet our diverse range of customer’s requirements and now operate from premises of over 5,000 Sq. Ft. Ideally located close to the A14, M11 & M6 Motorways.
Since 2001 Burley Hydraulics has been a proud member of the BFPDA, British Fluid Power Distribution Association. This is for our use of recognised quality assurance procedures within the industry and distributing products in a professional and ethical way. All our staff members work within the strict guide lines of the BFPDA, and regularly attend training courses held by the NFPC, the National Fluid Power Centre. We are a registered BFPDA ‘Approved Hose Assemblies' company. Awarded for our excellent manufacturing & testing facilities.
Our business today has grown and developed into one of the country’s leading independent distributors of hydraulic & pneumatic equipment. We are now able to offer over 60 thousand products from a simple hose clip to a fully bespoke hydraulic system designed around your specific requirements.
Whether you are a small business looking for spares on your plant or agricultural equipment or a large OEM looking for contracted hose assembly production Burley Hydraulics are here to meet your needs. Our fully equipped workshop can build and test, up to 1500 Bar, a vast range of hose assemblies from test point hoses to large bore 6 wire multi spiral. This is supported by our mobile service repair team.
With our vehicle tracking we can advise an accurate eta to any breakdown, however we aim to reach all breakdowns within 1hr. Where a fully equipped service van with the relevant machinery/Roadside signage to chapter 8 will be able to replace any hydraulic hose assembly up to 2” diameter. Our vans also carry stocks of hydraulic oils/adaptors/hoses and oil spill equipment. We are not a franchise and so are able to keep to strict levels of professionalism and conduct to ensure that the work is completed to a high standard and with minimum down time.
At the end of 2016 we introduced our new hydraulic cylinder repair centre. We are now happy to be able to offer a full hydraulic cylinder repair, from the simple re-seal to bespoke cylinder design including welding and machining. Our skilled technicians have over 10 years’ experience and can fully test and build any hydraulic cylinder. We are also able to complete emergency repairs with a 24-hour turnaround. Burley Hydraulics can also supply, repair, test and service a vast array of hydraulic pumps motors and valves.
