What does AutomaMRO do?
AutomaMRO is MRO software for maintenance, procurement and warehouse teams. It cleans and enriches your material master, finds duplicate records, flags discontinued parts and their successors, compares supplier prices and shows where parts are already in stock across your plants.
How much does AutomaMRO cost?
Subscriptions start at €99 per month or €1,000 per year. You pay per material record: €0.80 for the first 5,000, €0.50 for the next 5,000, €0.20 up to 50,000 and €0.10 above that. Above 1,000,000 records we prepare an individual offer. Implementation and optional ERP integration are one-time costs on top.
What counts as one material record?
One material in one plant, whatever the quantity in stock. 500 units of a part in one plant is one record; the same part in three plants is three records. Records from all plants in your contract are added up before the tiers and the minimum are applied.
Is AutomaMRO priced per user?
No. Every subscription includes unlimited users in your organisation, product support and recurring meetings with your Customer Success Manager. Maintenance, procurement and warehouse teams can all work in the same platform at no extra cost.
Do we need an ERP integration to start?
No. You can start with a CSV or Excel export of your material master, so AutomaMRO runs alongside your ERP instead of replacing it. A SAP or Oracle integration (€3,000–€8,000, typically 3–8 person-days) can be added later to automate the data exchange.
How much does AutomaMRO cost for several plants?
The subscription covers all plants together and is priced by the total number of material records. Implementation is one-time: €3,000 for the first plant (3 person-days), then €2,000 for the second, €1,000 for the third, €500 each up to plant 50 and €350 each above that. For example, 10 plants with 100,000 material records pay €19,500 a year plus €9,500 for implementation, €29,000 in the first year.
Does AutomaMRO show spare part prices and discontinued parts?
Yes. It compares supplier offers and your purchase prices across plants, and flags parts that are discontinued along with their available successors. Coverage depends on the materials and source data available for your parts.
Can we cancel, or change plan when our material count grows?
Monthly plans have no annual commitment and can be cancelled before the next renewal. Annual plans are paid upfront and save 16%. If your material count grows, the new price applies from your next renewal, with no mid-period surcharge.
