The CQS single rod, double acting version of the compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The CQS offers standard long strokes (up to 300mm) in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. Long stroke versions incorporate a wear band and thicker piston to handle the increased bearing needs of the longer strokes. Both switch capable and non-switch capable body styles are the same, and switches can be mounted on three (12-16 bore) and four (20-25 bore) sides.

The VFM300 series is a versatile 5 port mechanical valve designed for precision control. This series offers two seal options: rubber (VFM300) or metal (VFM200). Standard single acting single rod version of our NCM stainless steel cylinders. The NCM is available in 3 mounting styles (front nose, double end, rear pivot). Single acting is available in either spring extend or spring return. Bore sizes range from 3/4 to 1 1/2 and standard strokes from 1/2 to 6 . Available with auto-switch capable as standard.

SYA 5 port air operated valves are available in body ported or base mounted styles. The SYA uses the same manifolds as series SY (non plug-in style) for types 20, 41, 42 and 45. One-touch fittings are available on body ported types. Available thread types are Rc, G, NPT or NPTF.

The series CUK single non-rotating rod, double acting free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 6mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. Options include auto-switch capabilities, free mount choices, recessed switch mounting grooves and rubber bumpers standard.

The C85 series single rod, double acting, conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm. A unique rod packing design prevents entry of dust and the effectiveness of the seal is such that the C85 is suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. The SV series employs a multi-connector instead of the conventional lead wires for internal manifold wiring. By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations are greatly simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Manifold sections can be added using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors allows up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

CP96, profile tube design ISO cylinder with enclosed tie rods, is available in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The air cushion and bumper cushion combination greatly reduces noise at the end of stroke. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. Increasing the precision of the bushing and piston rod, as well as reducing tolerances, has decreased the deflection of the piston rod. Standard strokes range from 25 to 800mm.
