Standard double acting, single rod version of the CQ2 compact cylinder. The CQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

The C85 series single rod, double acting, conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm. With abrasion resistant packings and replaceable piston rod seals, the C85 offers exceptional service life.

The SMC SYA5 port air operated valves are designed for versatility and efficiency. These valves come in two styles: body ported and base mounted. The SYA series utilizes the same manifolds as the non-plug-in style series SY, catering to types 20, 41, 42, and 45. For added convenience, one-touch fittings are available on the body ported models. These valves offer a range of thread types including Rc, G, NPT, and NPTF.

The C76 series air cylinders offer a simple, space saving design with high dimensional accuracy, making these cylinders very easy to use. Large spanner flats on the rod and head covers greatly simplify their installation and positioning. Low friction and the standard elastomer cushion rings allow piston speeds up to 1500mm/sec. Greater side loads are allowed due to the close tolerance of the piston rod in the front-end bush.

The ASV series of speed exhaust controller is available in two styles depending on size. The ASV120F/220F are elbow styles that look like a standard speed controller. The ASV310F~510 are a tee-type design with twice the flow capacity of a standard speed controller and also add flame resistance for use in welding applications.

Plug-in type for JSY series is available in 3 valve body sizes, JSY1000 (6.4mm), JSY3000 (10mm) and JSY5000 (15mm). JSY plug-in type is compatible with fieldbus, ethernet and wireless communication module such as EX600 and EX260.

The CQM is a compact cylinder integrated with a guide rod and plate. The series is available in 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100mm bore sizes. Non-rotating accuracy is 0.2 or less. Series CQM allows a workpiece to be mounted directly to the tooling plate. Auto switches are mountable/removable even when the plate is retracted.

CP96, profile tube design ISO cylinder with enclosed tie rods, is available in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The air cushion and bumper cushion combination greatly reduces noise at the end of stroke. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. Increasing the precision of the bushing and piston rod, as well as reducing tolerances, has decreased the deflection of the piston rod. Standard strokes range from 25 to 800mm.
