CP96, profile tube design ISO cylinder with enclosed tie rods, is available in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The air cushion and bumper cushion combination greatly reduces noise at the end of stroke. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. SMC s double check block for the separated type VQ1000/2000 can be used on the outlet side piping to keep a cylinder in the intermediate position for a long time. Combining the double check block with a built-in pilot type double check valve and a 3 position exhaust center solenoid valve, will enable the cylinder to stop in the middle or maintain its position for an extended period of time.

The 5 port solenoid valves series SQ was designed for applications which demand high speed, high frequency, long life and a precise response time. The SQ uses cassette style valves and manifolds, making it simple to increase or decrease the number of stations on a DIN rail. Valves are available with 12VDC or 24VDC rated voltage. Actuation options include 5 port single solenoid, 5 port double solenoid, and dual 3/2 ported. SMC s MK-Z has an allowable moment of inertia 3 times higher than the conventional MK and MK2 styles. The overall length is the same as the conventional styles, and mounting dimensions are interchangeable with the MK series. Auto switches can be mounted on any of the 4 surfaces with no projection of the switch.

The MU plate single rod, double acting, cylinder, with its elliptical design, provides a low profile while maintaining force output. The MU cylinder can eliminate the need for higher operating pressures that may be required for typical flat cylinders. SMC s 3 port air operated valve, VPA300/500/700 is available in body ported or base mounted styles. The VPA offers a high flow capacity of Cv1.0 (VPA300), Cv2.3 (VPA500), Cv4.0 (VPA700). It is possible to use the series as either a selector valve, or divider valve. The VPA is changeable from a normally closed style to a normally open style.

LVM10/100 is a compact direct operated 2/3 port solenoid valve for chemicals. LVM s unique internal chamber design reduces the swept volume to a minimum and can mean zero dead volume and carry over. Operating pressure ranges from -75 kPa to 0.25 MPa. LVM10/100 is available as body ported, direct tube connection or base mounted.

The VX2 for air is available with resin and aluminum body. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch (6 to 12mm with resin body). NBR seal is used as standard and FKM or EPDM is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.

The CXSJ Series is a compact dual piston actuator that is lighter and smaller than the conventional CXS unit. Its non-rotating accuracy is 0.1 . The CXSJL high precision ball bushing bearing type allows for smooth operation that ensures stable travel resistance.
