Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.

SYA 5 port air operated valves are available in body ported or base mounted styles. The SYA uses the same manifolds as series SY (non plug-in style) for types 20, 41, 42 and 45. One-touch fittings are available on body ported types. Available thread types are Rc, G, NPT or NPTF.

The VZM series is a compact 5 port mechanical valve designed for high flow capacity (VZM400 Cv 0.55, VZM500 Cv 0.6). It is available in both metal and rubber spool styles, offering a range of actuator options and the option for external pilot.

The SYJ Valve is an innovative combination of space efficiency and performance superiority which provides real value to the design solution. Whether designed in a manifold or used as a single valve, this small profile increases design flexibility and minimizes space requirements. The SYJ valve utilizes a low power (0.5 watts standard) pilot solenoid design, which dramatically reduces thermal heat generation. This improves performance, decreases operating costs, and allows for direct control by PLC output relays. All electrical connections for SYJ Valves are available with lights and surge suppression. SYJ series valves can be configured on base mounted manifolds, or individually on sub-plates, creating a variety of solutions to meet your broadest engineering needs.

SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. SMC s VP300/500/700 series solenoid valve, offers high flow capacity and reduced power consumption (1.55W standard, 0.55W with power saving circuit). The series may be used as either a selector valve, or a divider valve. It is vacuum applicable up to –101.2kPa. Series VP3145/3165/3185 is a large size, 3 port solenoid valve with a rubber seal. It is possible to use the series in vacuum applications or under low pressure. Both series are available in a normally closed or normally open styles.

The molded coil offers low power consumption, long life and high reliability. Standard NBR seal and optional FKM seal for use with deionized water. Available for port sizes ranging from 1/4 to 1 inch. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.9 to 10.2.
