Refund & Return Policies

All complaints, requests for exchanges or refunds must be submitted by email or mail within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Law of 13.06.2014). Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them along with all items (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). The cost of return will be refunded based on the shipping rate.

Shipping Policies

Products are delivered only in metropolitan France, to the delivery address indicated in the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order verification page. In case of late shipment, an email will be sent informing you of the possible consequences of the indicated delivery time.

Warranty Policies

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and warranty for latent defects, provided for in Article 1641 et seq. Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of the sold goods, they may be returned, replaced as available or refunded.
