The company's vertically integrated operations encompass research, design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing in a 75,000 sq ft campus in Houston, Texas. ARC Specialties has grown to over 60 employees, delivering advanced automation solutions to companies in 21 countries across diverse industries including consumer, defense, oil & gas, and research. Their expertise covers process development, manufacturing automation assessment, training, technical support, and welding consulting. They utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC), machine tool controllers (CNC), and 6-axis robots, including their US-designed and built ARC6 robotic welding robot, to solve complex manufacturing problems.
