Refund & Return Policies

We offer a 1 year warranty which starts from the date of purchase. This covers all of our products, New and used. If a return is required you shall return the item to us (our address i will add below) and upon arrival we will inspect and confirm the part is ours before then issuing a refund to yourselves. If we can we will always try to offer an exchange but this again would have to be done upon seeing the product in question. Shipping Policies

Axxa ship using DHL Express. The price offered is the price for us to ship and does not include any duty charges that you might encounter. We do not cover any custom charges and this is up to the buyer to pay if required. Our delivery is Door to Door. Warranty Policies

All Axxa's stock comes with a 12 month warranty. If you buy a Control Techniques product from us however the warranty might be 2 or 5 years due to the manufacturer and us being official partnered and this is what they offer us.

Billing Terms

The buyer must pay upfront for there first 25 orders then an account form can be issued but this does not mean an account for certain will be opened.
