BCB Corporate Services Ltd. is a privately owned family business providing corporate governance, expertise, management services, and financial stewardship to its diverse divisional companies in North America. Established in 1944 as BC Bearing Engineers Ltd., it initially served as a bearing and power transmission distributor for Canadian Industry. Under Wendy McDonald and her family, the company expanded globally with operations in Canada, USA, Asia, and South America, catering to heavy industries like forestry, mining, construction, and agriculture. In 2005, the company diversified into fluid power product design and distribution through the acquisition of Norcan Fluid Power Ltd. Following the sale of its BC Bearing Engineers Ltd. and US Bearings Drives Inc. divisions in 2010, the company was renamed BCB Corporate Services Ltd. As of April 2023, after selling its Norcan Fluid Power division, BCB Corporate Services now concentrates on the operation and management of its commercial real estate division, Castaway Holdings Ltd., for its stakeholders.
