The seller shall deliver the goods to the destination specified on the order in accordance with Incoterms 2000, at the time agreed in the order. Unless otherwise agreed in the order, payments by the buyer shall be made by transfer to the account indicated on the invoice within 60 days of receipt of the goods or performance of the service, provided that receipt by the Buyer of a correctly and properly drawn up invoice.
