Burre Hydraulik

Dipl.-Ing. Karl-Heinz Burre established Burre Hydraulics in 1964 as an engineering office, but the company quickly shifted to in-house production and created control valves for hydraulic excavators, diaphragm valves, and explosion-proof solenoid valves. By 1972, the company relocated to a newly constructed production hall at its current headquarters, which provided more space for innovation. Mr. Burre recognized the potential of hydraulic controls and devices and successfully guided the company in that direction. He automated machines for the textile industry and invented an automatic hatch cover control for overseas ships. As the company expanded, its production area grew to over 5000 m². Despite being family-owned, Burre Hydraulics has been managed by the second generation since 1995 and continues to prioritize meeting customer requests, a principle established by its founder.
