The trading house, which deals in electrical and other tools, ball bearings, technical items, and various products, has been situated in Lentföhrden since 1973. Dieter Wich, a Swabian, along with his wife Renate and their son Andreas relocated to Lentföhrden to establish business operations. Initially, they focused on wholesaling used ball bearings, which still has a significant market share today. However, the company now primarily deals in new ball bearings. The company supplies both retail and industrial clients in Germany and abroad. The company offers a wide range of products, with over a thousand square meters of sales area and several thousand products. Power tools and machines account for about 30% of the company's turnover. The company also sells special items such as used shelving and storage equipment in larger quantities. The company has a competent team of 16 employees who provide excellent customer service. The two-story office building, completed in 1995, has social rooms, showers, and a coffee kitchen for employees. The company began training school leavers to become retail salespeople in 1999. Since January 1st, 2013, the senior bosses have retired, and the company is now managed solely by junior boss Andreas Wich, with the assistance of his wife, Uta Wich, who works tirelessly in the office and sales room and significantly contributes to the company's successful development.
