Refund & Return Policies

Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by all documents (manuals, warranties, etc.). Shipping costs for returns are generally not refunded unless the seller made an error. Refunds are processed promptly once funds are available. Timelines depend on the payment method used.

Shipping Policies

Operating days: Deliveries are handled from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped the same day, with Friday orders delivered the following Monday. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers and Elektryk Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for delays caused by these carriers. Within the EU: Standard shipping is available. For large shipments, pricing is determined individually (pallet transport costs 110 PLN net / 135.3 PLN gross). Outside the EU: Shipping rates are negotiated individually. Non-returnable Items: Custom-ordered goods are non-returnable, so careful consideration before ordering is advised. Delivery Complaints: Complaints about damaged goods are only accepted if a damage report is created with the courier upon delivery. This is the only basis for Elektryk Sp. z o.o. to accept a claim.
