Refund & Return Policies

Customers may return purchased products within 14 days of receiving the order. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return will be paid by the buyer. Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods.

Shipping Policies

- The shipping cost is borne by the buyer. - Shipping is carried out up to 2 working days after payment is credited (usually we send packages on the day of payment crediting). - We ship to the customer's DHL number. - We do not send cash on delivery.
