Fria Bröd AB is a leading Swedish gluten-free bakery and food manufacturer specializing in frozen gluten-free bakery products. Established over 29 years ago as a family business, Fria provides a wide range of delicious and safe gluten-free baked goods, including various breads, pastries, and cakes, for individuals with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity across the Nordics and internationally. All of Fria's gluten-free breads are also free from lactose and milk protein, with only their Ham & Mozzarella pizza containing milk protein (from lactose-free cheese), produced in separate facilities to prevent contamination. The company rigorously controls quality, ensuring all products, including those made with gluten-free wheat starch, contain less than 20 ppm of gluten in compliance with Codex Alimentarius regulations. Notably, Fria's products do not contain palm oil, and they offer high-fiber options like Grovt Surdegsbröd (coarse sourdough bread) with 11.5g fiber per 100g.
