Established in 1955 as a small blacksmith and agricultural tool shop, the company underwent its first generational shift in 1980 when it began producing technical and industrial articles, belts, bearings, and pneumatic components. In 1989, a new and modern center was erected to better serve customer needs. The third generational transition took place in 1997, helping the company become a well-known provider of services and products to industries and artisans in the region. In 2003, the company moved to a new center and launched the PRIUTE® tool line. Despite challenging times, construction on a new warehouse began in 2014 to uphold the company's commitment to quality service. The warehouse was completed in March 2015, and the company continues to strive for excellence in providing the best products and services to its customers.
