INOE 2000-IHP is a research, development, and engineering institution specializing in hydraulics and pneumatics, operating as a branch of the National Institute of Research-Development for Optoelectronics, INOE 2000, located in Bucharest, Romania. With over 55 years of experience, the institute is structured into research-development departments, testing laboratories, and a prototype section, all equipped with advanced electronic and automatic control systems. INOE 2000-IHP focuses on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems, green energy, hydrotronics, mechatronics, and tribology, alongside technology transfer. It also offers professional development courses and consulting services in its areas of expertise. The institution is an editor of the Hydraulica journal and a co-organizer of the HERVEX International Conference on Hydraulics and Pneumatics, as well as a founding member of the National Association of Hydraulics and Pneumatics (FLUIDAS).
