NOVOTRON Industrie-Automation GmbH is a German drive automation manufacturer based in Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg. The company specializes in developing, manufacturing, selling, and repairing compact servo drives, servo inverters, servo amplifiers, brushless AC servo motors, and brushed DC motors for complex motion control tasks. Established in 1979 as a distributor for DC drive controls, NOVOTRON transitioned to full-scale drive system engineering with the launch of its innovative NOVODRIVE product family in 1989. Its comprehensive product portfolio includes DIN rail servo controllers, 19-inch rack module amplifiers, linear motors, torque motors, and permanent magnet direct drives engineered for high positioning accuracy. Designed under an integrated all-in-one architecture, NOVOTRON drive components reduce external cabling and control cabinet space requirements for machine builders. The company serves industrial OEMs and automation engineers across applications such as filling and capping lines, automated screwdriving equipment, labeling machinery, flying saws, and winding drives. Certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards, NOVOTRON delivers custom motion control solutions, technical support, drive repairs, and engineering services throughout Europe and internationally.
