We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. The product condition should be unused and new. Customers have to pay the actual cost of return shipping when the customers purchased wrong products, it does not fit or they no longer want the item. Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days (Mon-Fri) from the date you received your order. Condition: The user has the right to return any item in one of the following cases: The product arrives damaged and unusable by the seller. Receiving a product that does not match the pictures and specifications listed by the seller. Products not eligible for return: A product that matches the specifications stated on the website and has no manufacturing defect. A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that leads to changing its specifications or damaging it partially or completely. In addition, any product from which the serial number has been removed.

New and refurbished products are covered by MagAutomation’s 12-month warranty from the date of delivery; while used products are guaranteed for 6 months by MagAutomation. The customer can make use of the guarantee by contacting our customer service at the e-mail address: [email protected]. After a careful evaluation by MagAutomation, we will proceed with a possible repair or replacement of the non-functioning or non-compliant product.
